Is anyone considered chingu as long as the age gap between individuals is less than 12 months, even if they're born in different years? Or is it only during the time when people's ages match up that they are chingu, then when one person's birthday comes, they'll change to an unnie/noona/oppa/hyung and dongsaeng relationship since one person's age increased?
How will honorifics work in Korea now that they changed to international age?
