while i agree that it's kinda weird that kpop idols seem to be progressively debuting younger, i also think it's strange that the first thing that jumps into kpop fans' mind when they hear underage debut is a human trafficking operation ran by agencies

  • supposedly all out in the open for public consumption when most real child abuse happens behind closed doors. i wish that people who really cared about the welfare of children would also put as much energy into raising awareness about stuff like this as they are with korean entertainment agencies
