I think they were announced. The post read Ambassador KAI, Aespa and one more person whose name I forgot. Some people were confused if the ambassador statement just referred to KAI but that would be a weird way to announce stuff so I think all those three mentioned are ambassadors.
As for why they don’t get solo. I always thought this was common. Exo didn’t get solo endorsements till like their 5th or 6th year. Is it not common. At the beginning you’re trying to push your group so ofc it makes sense to get group endorsements.
