Not at all. Police officers exist for a reason: to catch criminals. Every police officer tries their best to catch criminals and later have the criminals behind bars. I think this is middle or high school education.

i thought you meant you were gonna dress up as a cop like as in impersonation, not literally go to police academy to become a cop just to avoid trick or treaters, the highest of all class criminals of course.
