Christmas is right around the corner, so this means award season is near. As you may know, it's part of Michelin culture to use and abuse of random emojis and gifs, both in the forum and in our discord server. These emojis range from pepes, frogs and monkeys, to kpop idols, Brazilian celebrities, Xmas, dogs and many others. So, the goal of this inaugural edition of the emoji awards is to choose the most impactful gif or emoji in our guild throughout the year. In other words, the emoji that describes the year of 2022 for us Michelins. RULES: 1. Nominations start NOW; 2. Up to 5 nominations per person; 3. Has to be an emoji/gif that has been used more than once in the guild or discord server; 4. You have 1 month to do so, nominations period ends on October 23rd, 12AM KST. So, new emojis/gifs used during this period will ALSO be eligible; 5. Rather than choosing the most aesthetically pleasing gif/emoji, nominate the ones that were impactful and relevant to our discussions in the guild/discord; 6. Do not let this flop :pepe-hips: The gifs/emojis with the most number of nominations will advance to the final round, with a public poll. The number of finalists is yet to be determined and will depend on the number of nominations. The existence of a preliminary qualification round is not out of the question. Nominations from non-members of the guild are welcome, and so are suggestions from everyone on how to make this awards event more fun and interactive.
