Why black people and Latin American ignore Asian racism

Asians didn't buy black slaves from African warlords and then impose chattel slavery on them, at least not to the degree western European cultures did. Hence, most racism against blacks is mainly centered on white Europeans. Also a lot of ethnicities in Asia were created from racism, and none of it really involved blacks. So it's kind of like asking why don't people talk about fish and zebras, when the two rarely interact.

Are you trying to just racism with racisme ?????
