Whats the difference between a bestfriend and a good friend?

Don't know, I haven't use the term best friend in a long time not since I was a child.

I refer to my actual friends as close friends.(most of which I've know 15+years)

I don't have good friends, but friendly aqquintances..but my friend criteria is very different I suppose.
