Is CSR’s music and concept what NewJeans should have been?

Twitter seems to agree. If NewJeans had debuted with a song like this then there would be no controversy over inappropriate lyrics or clothes.

If newjeans debuted with this bland innocent girls concept they would flop hard and people would say they’re just an insipid copycat of apink or gfriend or weeekly with nothing new lmao. Nugu armor is a thing. There are plenty of cases where nugu groups get away with or even praised for something that well known groups would be executed over. Hypocrisy is rampantly alive and well and running wild in kpop circles it’s always pathetic

Well I personally prefer NJ's songs. CSR's music and concept seem to leaning to SNSD/Twice early years which is too cutesy for me.

I love both groups a lot and I would say NO.

Each group delivers something completely different and even if I love the cute innocent concept and I think it should be appreciated way more my answer is still no because NewJeans was made to be completely global and CSR concept don't go well with it.

I hope CSR grows a lot and at least turns one of those popular groups in Asia (they like this concept way more)
