Observation --> Best *guess* , this is deliberate behavior by PRChina MILITARY , with regard to this *CIVILIAN DRONE* to fly over TAIWAN nation restricted territory ... And then , PRChina says that they did nothing wrong , because TAIWAN Island is *their* territory (PRChina) anyway ... And then PRChina plays the 'what are you going to do about it' *intimidation* game with TAIWAN (USA , etc).
