RE : billboard blocked kpop acts from getting #1 on billboard hot 100

    Except bts no one could ever go #1 on hot 100.

    So except them no kpop group got blocked

    Also radio will remain part of the formula and even if we remove it most kpop songs won't do anything on charts still
