So... what's the Spotify playlist reach for Nayeon's Pop?

  • There's some people who're always eager (and have access) to point out the playlist reach in Spotify for various comeback/debut songs.

Which made me curious: how is it for Nayeon's debut song? Or does playlist reach information only work for established groups and their songs, or how does it work?

    Approved the thread.
  • kpop stans should stop talking about playlist reach. Nayeon is getting the best plr possible for a kpop song. She is in almost all Kpop playlists. If it does well, it will be included in Top 50 Global and other countries and Todays top hits which are the biggest playlists and depends on success of song and will increase her playlist reach. All other playlists are mostly for english songs so fans shouldn't even be expecting a higher plr unless it's a hit for a korean song.

To find out the most trusted way is to use professional sites like Viberate and Chartmetric.

This is a flat out lie. Completely based on nothing.

Pop is getting pretty bad playlisting and I can show you examples of a ton of Kpop songs recently with much higher playlisting. Please do your research.

I didn't even know there were actual sites for this. Are those paid sub sites? And they're both samelike, doesnt matter if you have one or the other?

Maybe JYP wanted to focus more on youtube ad promotion, instead of Spotify promotion?

I can imagine that companies don't want to throw money at every available platform for promotion, certainly not for their soloing artists compared with full groups.
