Need help finding an anime

I have decided to finally ask for help cause I've given up on finding it on my own. It's this anime I watched around 2016 or 2015 I think and I don't remember much from it but it's a typical slice of life. From what I can remember from the plot is that the main character is this guy from high school and one day this random girl who I think says she's an angel comes and lives with him and he tries to hide her from everyone. I remember this one scene where his whole grade was outside have a ceremony I think and the student council president which was a girl was giving a speech or something of the lines and the angel girl was sitting along people and I think she declared her love to the main protagonist in front of everyone. I might be entirely wrong but I've been looking for this show for ages now.
