What is the "it" though? We still have no details about the events that led to the sanction.

Hybe didn't deny the existence and authenticity of the school violence committee decision. What they said is that the situation is not as clear-cut as people think which we outsiders cannot comment on since the document has not been revealed yet.

The "it" being commit school violence bad enough to warrant a Level 5 sanction.

Unless you want to say that the special committee on school violence slapped a level 5 sanction on Garam just based on one girl's statement...

Hybe isn't exactly the most trustworthy source since they have a lot to lose if she is guilty of committing school violence. At this point in time based on all the photos and messages and sanction reports that have been released Hybe need to do a hell of a lot better than "Just trust us".

If the alleged victim is true to her word about taking them to court if she doesn't receive an apology, things are going to get far worse for Hybe and Garam in the coming weeks.
