    Rora is the main vocalist and visual of the South Korean girl group BABYMONSTER.


    II. Biography

    Rora was born Lee Da-in (이다인) in South Korea. Her Chinese name is 李茶仁 (Li Charen). Her stage name (Rora) comes from the last four letters of the word ‘aurora’. ‘Rora‘ was the stage name given to Lee Da-in by Yang Hyun-Suk because he felt like she could become an artist that shines as bright as an aurora. She is one of the three members of BABYMONSTER to be born in South Korea (the others being Ahyeon and Rami). She has a younger brother. She is capable of speaking Korean and English and some Chinese.


    III. Career

    As a child, Rora was in the childrens' girl group U.SSO Girl (유쏘걸) under the name of U.Ha. She met and is friends with NewJeans' Hyein whose name is U.Jeong in the aforementioned childrens' girl group. She has then been training since mid-2018. Her dance trainer, Leejung, stated that Rora is the individual who has improved the most. She auditioned with Roller Coaster by Chungha. She was later revealed to be one of the members of BABYMONSTER in January 2023. She prefers YouTube over TikTok.
