I. Introduction

810303 is the second album released by Eugene under Pfull Communication & EMI Music Korea. "Windy" was used as the title track which also had a officially released house remix. The second single off the album was the first track in the tracklisting named "Wuthering Heights". The name of the album comes from the date of her birthday. It sold over 25,000 copies according to Naver. It currently has a 99% rating on AsianWiki, and an 4.5/5 on RateYourMusic, making it one of the highest rated K-Pop albums of all time, despite it not selling well when it was originally released. Her performance of Windy on August 22nd, 2004 on SBS which featured a unreleased remix of the song, would go semi viral on Youtube suddenly in 2021. It currently sits at 183k views, as of the time of writing.
