I. 2018: Dancing High
In September 2018, Saena, then known by her real name, Jung Sehyun, was revealed as a contestant in KBS2 TV's dancing variety show, Dancing High.
She was on 'Team Hoya', but was eventually eliminated from the competition.
II. 2022–present: FIFTY FIFTY
On November 14, 2022, Saena was revealed as a member of the four-member girl group FIFTY FIFTY under ATTRAKT through the early music video release of the track "Lovin Me'' from their upcoming debut album.
Saena made her official debut with the girl group on November 18 with the full release of FIFTY FIFTY's debut mini album, The Fifty.
