Mashiho is a member of Treasure. He is a vocalist and dancer in the group.
II. Career
Mashiho started learning all kinds of dancing starting at the age of 5. He later became a trainee of YG Japan on March 23, 2013. He appeared in a short film by AKMU playing the role of a barista.
In 2018, Mashiho was in YGE's survival show "YG Treasure Box". While he did not make it into the final group, YGE announced that he would be in a second group from the show called MAGNUM on January 29, 2019. MAGNUM and Treasure were intended to be two units that would promote both as separate units and as the full group TREASURE 13. The debut of these groups ended up being post-phoned due to controversies around the agency.
YGE announced on January 6, 2020 that they would combine the units together into simply one group known as Treasure. Treasure released their performance video for their pre-debut track "GOING CRAZY" on January 30. YGE announced on July 20 that Treasure would debut on August 7 with a teaser video and poster. Treasure debuted on August 7 with their single albulm "THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER ONE".
