    "Good Person" is an OST by Haechan for the drama "Friends". It was released on March 5, 2022. This is Haechan's first solo OST since he debuted with NCT.


    II. Background

    Reports of Haechan being featured on an upcoming OST for "Friends" came out on February 22, 2022. It was revealed that he would be singing a remake of "Good Person" by Toy. A bit of the song was featured on a teaser video uploaded to PLAYLIST ORIGINALS' twitter account. The OST was released to various music streaming platforms on March 5, 2022.

    On March 7, 2022, both Haechan and Taeil charted for their released OST's, "Good Person" and "Starlight" respectively in melOn's top 100 with Haechan at #52 and Taeil at #77. Haechan was #2 on MelOn's Latest Hit chart as well. Haechan reached 21,419 unique listeners on MelOn as well, which places him in the top 5 artists with the most unique listeners in 2022. He places #4 among the five.


    Haechan also charted well on different iTunes' charts. He debuted with "Good Person" at #13 on the worldwide iTunes chart, and he also placed #1 in eight different countries including Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Vietnam. And he was also in the top 10 for other iTunes song charts in Singapore, Peru, Turkey, Taiwan, and Hong Kong on March 6 KST.
