II. 2014–2015: 4L
On August 4, 2014, Jayoung debuted as a member of 4L with their first and only digital single "Move".
The group quietly disbanded sometime in 2015 following the departure of member Yeseul.
III. 2016–2018: J-Young
On July 13, 2016, Jayoung, alongside fellow former 4L member J-NA, debuted as the duo J-Young with their first digital single titled "I Don't Know".
The duo has presumably disbanded due to inactivity since 2018.
