    I. Introduction

    "Runner" is a digital single from Raiden, Baekhyun and CHANGMO. It was released on Feb. 1, 2021.


    II. Background & Release

    The song was developed as a promotional tie-in to the global esports company t1 Entertainment and Sports. The song was created as the theme song for the South Korean esports team T1, who were competing in the video game League of Legends, and broadcast during their Korean matches. The song was produced and co-written by producer and DJ Raiden and features one of the main vocalists of EXO, Baekhyun. At the time of this release, Baekhyun was also a highly successful soloist, who had released a million selling album. Rapper and producer CHANGMO also appears on the song and co-wrote it.


    The song was described as a combination of rock, EDM and trap.
