Sakamoto Mashiro


  • I. Introduction

    Sakamoto Mashiro is a member of project group Kep1er. As she placed 8th on the survival show Girls Planet 999, she secured her spot into the group.


    Before Kep1er, she was also a trainee in JYP. During her time, she trained with the now members of ITZY.


    Her fandom names are Mameldan (Marshmellow People), Shirokuma (White Bear), and Xiaobai Xiong (Baby White Bear).


    II. Career

    Mashiro joined JYP Entertainment as a trainee in 2016. She was there for 2 years. She left in 2018.


    Mashiro then joined 143 Entertainment as a trainee on May 26, 2021


    On July 7, a prologue trailer for Mnet's survival show Girls Planet 999 unveiled that she would be a participant in the show. A profile for her was dropped on July 19. The show premiered on August 6 and ended on October 22. She made it to the finale episode, and finished at rank 8. Meaning she won a spot into the project group Kep1er.
