The NCT U sub-unit is a special promotional unit within the NCT boy group that is made up of rotational members. Members are chosen to perform based on the song and concept. Doyoung, a main vocalist in NCT sub-unit NCT 127, and Mark, a main rapper in two sub-units, NCT 127 and NCT Dream, were selected for this song. The song was featured on the first OST for the rom-com Tale of Nokdu and described as a "dance-based EDM rock song about starting to fall in love."
