The NCT U sub-unit is a special promotional unit within the NCT boy group that is made up of rotational members. Members are chosen to perform based on the song and concept. The duo of Taeil and Doyoung were selected for this song. The pair are two of the main vocalists in the NCT sub-unit NCT 127. The song was featured on the first OST for the drama Radio Romance and described as a medium-tempo rock song with a "healing nature and mature vocals" that reflects the "drama's goal to use radio as a medium to bring a more analog feeling to a digital world."
