I. Introduction
WayV Ten & YangYang is the second sub-unit of the Chinese boy group, WayV. WayV is also a sub-unit of the boy group, NCT.
NCT is unique among K-Pop groups due to the fact that the concept of NCT is an ever expanding group with "unlimited" members and is comprised of several individual subunits. WayV Ten & YangYang is the second mini unit out of one of the NCT sub-units, following WayV Kun & Xiaojun.

III. Career
Ten is one of the main vocalists and YangYang is the main rapper in the NCT sub-unit WayV. Both are main dancers in the group. WayV is a sub-unit that records in a combination of Korean, Chinese and English, with both singers and rappers recording in all 3 languages. In addition to their work together in WayV, the two paired together in a NCT unit on one of the popular NCT U singles for NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 2, "90s Love." Ten is considered one of the best dancers in the larger NCT group, while YangYang is considered one of the best rappers.
During promotions for the first WayV sub-unit, WayV Kun & Xiaojun, members continued to tease additional sub-units, while Ten and YangYang teased that they were working on a project and a song.
On August 13, the new sub-unit was announced as WayV Ten & Yangyang across WayV's social channels and Weibo. The announcement came after Ten wrapped up promotions for his solo single "Paint Me Naked." The group released its single "Low Low" on August 17.

VI. Trivia
- Ten and YangYang have a YouTube series on the WayV channel, Enjoy the Challenge.
- Ten made his debut in NCT in 2016 as part of the rotational NCT U, but did not have a permanent sub-unit until 2019 with WayV. He also appeared on 2018 NCT Empathy (an all-unit project and album like Resonance) in the interim, as well as releasing two solo singles.
- The two live together in the new WayV dorm with Kun. The other four members live in a separate dorm.
- Ten is also a choreographer.
- Ten has two cats named Louis and Leon, who are considered the group's pets.
