N-DAY

  • I. Introduction

N-DAY is a three-member girl group under RJ Entertainment. They debuted on January 24, 2024 with the digital single "That's Me".

    II. Pre-Debut

Originally consisted of all four members of the dance team Babys, the group announced that they would debut as an idol group using the name N-DAY. However, Bada left Babys shortly after and confirmed that she would continue with N-DAY, while the other three members would stay with Babys. Thus, it was confirmed that N-DAY and Babys have split into separate groups. In early June 2022, N-DAY was seen performing at an event with two new members, Haeri and Yeonsu. Bada later confirmed their additions to the group after posting selfies with all three members.

Sometime later in the same month, N-DAY opened their official Instagram account and confirmed that they have signed under RJ Entertainment. On June 12, the group posted some profile photos and confirmed the addition of Yeonseo by tagging her name in the captions.

III. Leader Bada Announces Lineup Changes

Sometime in August 2022, N-DAY deleted the profile photos for Haeri on Instagram. On August 13, 2022, a new member Joo was seen performing with N-DAY, while Haeri was absent. N-DAY further confirmed Joo's addition and Haeri's departure as they subsequently started following Joo and unfollowed Haeri on their Instagram account.

Sometime in October 2022, N-DAY started to follow Soojin on Instagram, indicating that she had joined the group. She started joining the group's schedules on October 20, 2022. It was later revealed that Soojin would be promoting under the stage name Lia as she changed her Instagram username. On November 5, 2022, N-DAY released a new batch of profile photos after becoming a five-member girl group. It was also revealed that Lia had changed her stage name to Lina.

    IV. Founding Member Departures

Sometime in early December 2022, Miso, Sera and Lina presumably left N-DAY after the group unfollowed them on Instagram. However, it is unclear whether they have also left RJ Entertainment.

On February 18, 2023, N-DAY was seen competing at the 2023 Hado VR Dance Competition with a new member Sia, while Joo was revealed to have changed her stage name to Jia.

In May 2023, it seems that Sia had left the group since they posted new group photos with a new member, Hailey, in June 2023. Unfortunately, she left the group after one month, in July 2023.

    V. Another Lineup Change, Adding an New Member, & "That's Me", "Circus", & "One Two Three"

On August 15, 2023, it was announced that they will debut with the digital single "That's Me" on August 16, but the song was not released. In addition, a new member, Hyokyung, was added to the lineup. On December 19, 2023, Jia reverted her stage name back to Joo.

On January 24, 2024, their debut digital single "That's Me" was officially released onto streaming platforms, marking the official debut of the group.

On May 21, the group released their second digital single "Circus".
