“Could It Be” is was the pre-release single from YUQI’s first album, YUQ1. It however makes it home as the last song on the tracklisting.
“Could It Be” originally made its live debut during (G)I-DLE’s second world tour in 2023, I am FREE-TY, as an unreleased song. On April 1, 2024, YUQI released a video titled April Fools' Day? where she interacted with a director played by herself regarding the release date of the song. It was revealed at the end that it would be released on April 5th, 2024.
