One interesting thing in the judge report is that he clearly state the Ador was created for NewJeans and that NewJeans is the only group under Ador. He considers that it would be really difficult for Ador to keep going without NewJeans. Most people see a battle between a giant conglomerate and group of young girls but for the judge it's more a battle between a very popular group and a small label

Kinda hard to convice someone that a company don't take care of it's single asset as it makes no sense business wise.

For the misstreatment stuff like ignore her, leaking of predebut video etc., the judge consider that Ador took sufficient measures

From what i understand (maily by reading x), NJZ lawyer claims we rejected maily because Hybe and Ador are different entities so raising Hybe issues is irrelevant to prove Ador breach of trust. Judge also don't make distinction between old Ador (with MHJ) and current Ador so he consider that Ador has been very supportive/has done a very good job since the girls debut.

So it's seems they acted way to fast to claim a breach of trust and that they should have waited more time to gain evidence against current Ador management.

NJZ lawyers will have to make a lot of changes in their strategy and convice the judges that Hybe=Ador and that current Ador is totally different from the Ador that made NewJeans a succesful group. Not an easy task ahead

They'll perform in 3h30 from now, it's likely that they will perform by themself without any Ador supervision

The thing that i don't understand is that according to the judge the decision is supposed to protect the NewJeans brand Ador described the members as liars, spoiled brats in the files they submitted. It seems like they think NewJeans reputation is not linked to the members reputation

If it countinue like this for years, NewJeans will be worthless and even if Ador win their trial, they'll not see any money as nobody will be able to pay them.

Current Ador is a mystery, are they even capable of managing a k-pop group? Does anybody in that company has any experience regarding that?

I think they will stop after tomorrow performance, it would be dangerous to continue further but who knows...

Current situation is really bad for the girls and for Ador Logically both parties should start to dialog in the next few months exept if there is an early decision in the main trial to permit independent activities.

The difficult part is that we don't know if current Ador work for their own interest or if they are just working to destroy NewJeans/NJZ on Hybe request.

NewJeans brand value is dropping and if Ador care about it's financial performance/viability they can't allow it to continue. In a normal company outisde K-POP NewJeans/NJZ would have the upperhand in negociation as they are popular and the only artist under Ador but it'll probably not be the case as it looks like Ador is not really an independant label but just Hybe puppet.

Hot is gaining a decent amount of ULs. The song gained like 25k ULs in one week. If it continue like this, Hot will pass 100k ULs next week and the song could enter daily top 20 in 2 weeks

They will perform without the help of Ador staff and under the name NJZ.

If not possible, they will not perform. Accepting to perform as NewJeans would weaken their position regarding the main trial

Yes, "Hot" lost quite a lot of ULs but it's often the case for a second day. It finished the day with around 52,5k ULs.

Even if they flop, they could still be the most streamed gg on spotify this year as no other competitors have a CB in the first few months of 2025

On youtube it looks like Illit last CB, lots of views first day with low likes number

I don't think they'll release music on streaming platform this month. I think we will only have live performance, merchandising and maybe a MV. It's better to make the name NJZ more widely know before releasing an EP/Album. A feature on a western artist song would be a nice move
