Not sure if this helps but I've found strength training to be beneficial for avoiding injury. Specifically a mix of weights and bodyweight exercises with a focus on core, legs, and shoulders, primarily heavy compound movements. I recently saw a video on Instagram of a guy in his 40s doing corks so it's totally possible to be a good tricker at that age range. My advice is if you're worried about injury, take things slow and take extra good care of your body
