I thought Doona was a decent drama for a few different reasons. Bae Suzy is a sublime beauty, convincing, and natural in this role. Given the current "drama" surrounding Fifty-Fifty and past lawsuits between idols and their companies the topic is timely. Doona is primarily a romance, but also a minor commentary on the many difficulties an idol might face, and the potential for burnout. IMHO the story line faltered a bit at times, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention there has been some controversy over the ending. However no major investment of time here (9 relatively short episodes) and an easy watch, so ultimately I give Doona the thumbs up.
