i have already checked through grammarly but i guess its not as effective because its not able to detect any plagiarism(even though i have copy pasted hehe)

I don't think you can just check plagiarism on the fly with turnitin. There wasn't a place to check plagiarism on my account aside from submitted assignments after the teacher released the grades.

I'm sure there are free tools online though!
