Yeah someone uploaded it awhile ago around the same time as that curse Baby Don't Stop performance. I assume they recorded it when they went to the exhibit thing.

The song was originally for some kind of AR exhibit. There was an announcement about the song and that there would be a special performance of Baby Don't Stop for it too. I guess while the exhibit was still new they wanted it to be exclusive so if you wanted to hear it, you had to go visit it.

I think the reason it has a lowkey rollout is because this is Dream's comeback. I actually thought they might skip NCTLAB this month because of the comeback and all the OSTs, but this is a clever way to both release a "new" song since we weren't supposed to hear it until now, still have a NCTLAB release that doesn't pull focus from Dream's comeback, and gives Shotaro a spotlight for NCTLAB.
