Why do so many women I shake hands with for work have such limp handshakes? I'm female btw.

I'm a dude.

I'm not even a big dude or muscular. Just an average guy.

I don't mind when I shake hands with women and they have a limp handshake.

But there is nothing worse than a guy who has a limp noodle handshake. It's creepy as all hell.

I don't expect my hand to get crushed, but I expect a bit of firmness.
