She was more of an edm pop singer where she was the featured singer for a DJ. It's an interesting path because you get your name out there but you have to find a way to break out. It's sort of what happened to singer Raye where she was the go to singer for popular DJs and helped get her name out there. She found a way to break out of it and it's now paying off.
