    May are hyped as ever but seems like casuals aren’t.

    Savage came after one of the biggest hits of 2021. They’ll be fine.

    You don't need longevity to get a hit. Many KPop hits from the past are obscure now, it doesn't take away from their popularity at the time.


    But Girls is not going to be a Nl or Savage and that sound is what gets them the most success, so this comeback will probably be more subdued. That's OK.

    And Savage is a hit. It might not be a top tier one but it’s for sure a hit, especially by today’s digital standards.

    It really doesn't feel like the comeback is in a few hours. I pretty much forgot until I saw this.


    I think the roll out of savage - dreams come true - illusion - life's too short really hurt their casual interest. None of these songs are well liked and didn't gain them any attention outside their actual fans. Too many mid releases will have an effect on any group.

    did not even know it was today tbh. in my opnion though, their last cb's especially next level was hyped because of their teaser photos. and savage was also hyped because it came after nl becoming a hit song. with so many mid releases, lts pre release not making noise and girls teaser photos being just meh, really let the hype die down.

    my think inflated album sales makes aespa twice or even bp level 😂, can't wait for august, bp will be doing their lifetime numbers in a week
