I. Introduction
RYL (로얄; short for ROYAL) is an independent South Korean singer and producer.
He is a former member of the boy group A-JAX under the name Sungmin (성민).
On April 4, 2019, he made his solo debut with the digital single "Star" under the stage name ROYAL.
II. Career
2012–2016: A-JAX
On June 1, 2012, he made his debut with the group A-JAX with the release of their debut digital single "One 4 U".
On January 7, 2016 Sungmin left A-JAX but still would be staying with the label. However, in some time between 2016 and 2019, he left DSP Media.
