A serial murder case took place. Detective Park Pyung-Dal tried to catch the killer, but he failed. 30 years later, a new series of murders takes place in the same neighborhood. Sim Duk-Soo owns property in the neighborhood and knows pretty much everything about the area. Park Pyung-Dal, who is now retired, asks for his help in catching the serial killer.
