I. Introduction
"Welcome Strangers ~2nd IS:SUE~" is the second single released by IS:SUE. It was released in eight versions: two limited CD+PHOTO BOOK editions, a regular CD edition, a limited Universal Music Store CD+Ribbon with Lyric Card edition, and four limited CD fanclub (FC) member editions. It has charted on Oricon every single week since it's release, as of June 2025. Rin was not featured in the promotions due to being on hiatus for a chronic illness, although she does appear in the MV for "The Flash Girl".
