Girl groups have become increasingly good at attracting the female fanbase which are usually more dedicated than male fanbases, while also maintaining a decent amount of male fanbase, whereas boy groups have less power attracting male fanbase. So mathematically there is a possibility that they can, but I struggle to see any contender currently which has singlehandedly as much or more drawing power than bp or twice in the fourth gen.
