Written about Daniel himself, it's about the mental struggle he went through. There's a line in there "In a space without a single light/ When the darkness comes..." which refers to him reading hate comments in his bed, in the dark. He went through a time when he didn't have a will to live anymore, was afraid to go out in public etc. Writing this song helped him heal.
