I've heard good things about Haruki Murakami! I keep thinking I should check out 1Q84, but it's a doorstopper of a book.
I'm slogging through the end of Simon Jimenez's The Spear Cuts Through Water. The last arc slump is real in this book. It wasn't too bad to this point, but it's an abrasive book and I'm not sure who I'd recommend it to anyway.
Next on my list is the new League of Legends book, Ruination. I think there might be a few LoL books? Goodreads makes it hard to tell what's an actual novel versus supplementary material for fans of the original game. Have you read any of them Yunathehomegirl ?
I have not read the ruination book yet, but I've heard good things about it on reddit such as cohesive writing & good plot
I don't really read that much bc i don't have time (plus im forced to read science journal articles all the time for class), but let me know how it is if u read it!
