It wasn’t that bad. I actually like it but man my expectations were so low with those snippets but I take back my early complaints lol. Sneakers is the first song I enjoyed by the first listen. Lia and Chaeryeong look so good tho. I can’t wait for the music bank performance to see the choreography.

What's going on? I mean I like it, but I'm not used to it.
Even SNEAKER's pre-release TikTok is getting received positively lmao. I don't want to have too high of expectations for this comeback but so far there's been great press surrounding ITZY on Korean forums.

Well this got recently discovered, so it might lead to some chart reconfigurations soon.
Bugs subscription download exploit
Essentially, it's been discovered that the reason for high download numbers that allow certain acts to chart high on Gaon/Circle is an exploit where if you subscribe and then unsubscribe, you can effectively redownload the same song multiple times (In essence doing what china used to let you do last year with multiple buys of the same song download.)
As it notes, Gaon's charting is based on monetary sales.
rating is effectively 3 won per stream
and 700 won per download.
so any singular download is equivalent to 233 streams
and with the exploit it's entirely possible for fanbases to essentially game the system.
So is this how Fromis beat Nayeon on music shows? They got the full 5000 digital points on Mcountdown.
