Because a DJ is a musical artist, because a rapper is a singer, just like others. Their skills create the music they sell. LSF make music? No, they only perform it using vocals, the conclusion is that they are singers. So what do you think a singer should be able to do? Well, or, just give the name Le Sserafim to the music producers who create the tracks, and identify the members as backing vocalists who simply perform, nothing more, and give the awards to those who really deserve it.

The only thing they should have written was to apologize to everyone for their bad vocals. They are singers, not racers, not engineers, not doctors, but singers, and if they simply don’t know how to do their job, then why are they needed at all? You need to apologize for poorly done work, and not say that someone liked it. Okay, they don't even understand what the problem is, which means they won't solve it, but the problem is serious.

It’s just time for everyone to admit one thing, K-pop is first and foremost music, not selling clothes, cute faces, dancing. If an artist uploads his work to Spotify, Apple music, iTunes and other platforms, then he is a singer. It's time to stop proudly writing 24/7 about music awards that are given for music, and then whining that your band is being trashed for bad vocals. It's time to introduce vocal standards, and not put groups that don't even know how to sing at the top of the charts.

I didn’t expect anything from them, because I saw the whole level perfectly on the encore. Nothing has changed, in general it was the same, again only Chaewon works for everyone. Their poor vocals were saved only by the loud playing of musical instruments in the background, which simply drowned out the artists themselves. For Le Sserafim this performance was normal, but for the listener it was bad.

I still don't believe that Yunjin had experience in opera, her vocals are so unstable.

The most surprising thing is that K-pop is about music and there are such unique people who say that vocals are not important. And so everything is correct, JYP used to be under this crown, but then he rethought it and began to devote a lot of time to vocals, even ITZY is actually a dance group, they cope well with vocals after a while, and Twice, as a result, has completely upgraded their skills. So I think JYP just decided to make music and not be trendy. Indeed, most of Hybe's bands are simply mediocre in vocals, it is impossible to listen to them live, so this plays a big role only in concert terms. I wouldn't want to pay $50-$100 for a ticket in the back corner to listen to a pre-recording rather than a live performance.

Can 3rd gen stans start getting used to 4th gen (and beyond) groups getting success and breaking some records?

It's the Kpop Circle of Life

Let's be honest, 5th generation K-pop is just a garbage genre that can only exist on playlists. Idols don't even need to be able to sing or dance, big companies will take a western track and remake it into a Korean track with a duration of 2 minutes for TikTok, bringing it to the top of the charts through playlists and it is a reality that more talented groups are lost against the untalented ones from a big company. So now is the worst time for K-pop and there are those who don’t like it, in fact, it’s worth looking towards Western music because K-pop is now doing absolutely the same thing, only losing its own individuality. This is the beginning of the end.

the bot farm allegations are coming fr fans of those who cant do it successfully. u all said its payola but shown u sheesh has more playlisting reach on day 3 than magnetic, no virality on tiktok at all but getting more streams than pop!? 😂 and then since u cant win the payola allegations now bot farm. but why they use it only for illit but not for other hybe grps like enhypen or txt ?

and i think ur just jealous cuz ur throwing allegations based on conspiracy theories from losers in the industry,🤷‍♀️😂

regardless how much kpoppies cry , success will be measured by many things anyways in the end-- impact ( emv , ips) , streams /charting, endorsements, album/merchs sales and concert box office receipts. It's not gonna be just one thing esp for kpop so?

But I can clearly see that a group that no one talks about anywhere has more streams, even those who are trending. All your talk about TikTok and other things is empty words, they have not succeeded anywhere except music platforms, which already says a lot, this is only possible in the case of a strong fandom, which they do not have. Even about Kiss of Life there has been more talk lately than about Illit, and yet illit is superior to them, funny.

They have already uploaded videos with autoplay and endless Magnetic tracks, you continue to believe that they do not have a bot farm, by the way, who said that other groups do not. It remains to be seen about the veracity of the success of other Hybe groups.

what bot farm are u even saying?do u have proof? i already shown above that sheesh has more pl reach on day 3 and yet magnetic has more streams. spotify daily viral songs are measured by buzz & unique users sharing it. no bots can do that!?😂so many delusional kpoppies are saying this bot farm but no proof at all. if there are success stans , there are what i call success haters.

and again there is no correlation in yt( esp yt) , instagram and twitter on getting bigger spotify streams! instagram is a place where u measure fashion influence not music. like bp getting more followers than bts or 4th gen bgs having more followers than 4th gen ggs . yt is just for music show wins and its main users are male so ul notice ggs getting more views and ads influence views . it does not impact users preference on spotify or apple music. twitter is basically irrelevant.

if its all abt sns followers and buzz, ul see bgs getting more than gg bigger spotify streams in general . but they dont. enhypen and txt both from hybe even svt are NOT getting as high streams as magnetic is getting now? why will hybe do it for illit but not for txt or enhypen when they are also eager to beat skz in 4th gen? it doesnt make sense. 🤷‍♀️

illit performs on Spotify as a group with a good existing fandom, but it has no fandom, and it is not trending anywhere in such quantities as to have similar indicators on Spotify with zero fandom. What are we talking about anyway? You don’t even need evidence to understand about cheating, the only question is how they cheat it. As for bot farms, it’s very simple, since some Western artists use these farms for cheating, so why can’t a Korean company use it? It is very convenient to refer to Western artists only as it suits you, and not to the picture as a whole.

I like it when you start criticizing someone in K-pop, the arrows are immediately thrown at Western artists, but when you start comparing K-pop artists and Western ones, then suddenly, these are different things and it’s better not to compare them at all. The problem is that all factors influence promotion and as you like to refer to Western artists, they have also been caught more than once in the bot farm for boosting streaming on Spotify, in what ways are Hybe worse than Westerners? They also use a bot farm for their artists. Your arguments about TikTok are simply ridiculous, I’ve already written 270 thousand nothing more than once and they don’t give such an indicator in Spotify in total with what we have. I don’t see them trending on Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, they’re not trending anywhere. Someone still believes that they are popular - it's sad.

That #1 song in Korea is viral, even though it is completely flopping globally.

It is entirely possible that a song in Korea can have more unique listeners, than the total number of times the song has been listened to in the whole world on Spotify.

    Trust me bro.

In South Korea, Spotify is not popular at all and occupies the level of an ordinary average music platform, it is stupid to think that pitiful crumbs in Korea or other Asian countries can influence such a huge streaming figure.

the only vocalists twice has are jihyo and nayeon

Jeongyeon also, her vocals have always been stable and she uses them well. She was given little time for him in the tracks, but only she could perform these parts. You can also highlight Chaeyoung, who showed the power of vocals in Sixteen, she was simply not allowed to reveal it in Twice, giving a rap that JYP did not know how to write at all. She could very well debut in nmixx if she were 18 years old
