The thread from a couple of days ago on this topic has a lot of good responses that you might check out. Mine is that Jungkook from BTS and JK the solo artist are different entities, with different approaches and goals. As Chapter 2 has shown, each member is an individual artist and should be allowed to progress beyond the BTS moniker. If that means full English albums and Western-sounding pop songs, that’s their choice. BTS will always exist, but they probably won’t ever come together in the way they were before, and that’s a good thing. The members don’t exist purely to fulfill what fans want for them—they should be allowed to grow and change as human beings and as artists.
