I'm wondering about this.

It seems like NJs are free to do whatever they want since they chose to terminate and if Ador wants to challenge that they will need to file a lawsuit against them?

So it's a waiting game to see who makes the first legal move?

However, what is stopping Ador/HYBE from obstructing NJs to act freely? Like could they give them stupid pointless schedules and if NJs don't meet those schedule then they have means to say that NJs are at fault or something

I feel HYBE stans are mostly ARMY who treat every single attack towards HYBE as an attack to their faves.

They are unable to separate their faves and the company because BTS did build the company up from BH. So when people criticise HYBE they feel that they are targeting BTS and their legacy or whatever

Watch HYBE crumble in pieces the moment BTS decides to leave if they ever do choose to

It's because they want NJs to leave and pay a hefty termination fee (I still don't know how this works and whether NJs needs to pay anything)
