Well, her family is in Thailand, her boyfriend is in France and her agency is in Singapore and the US.

I don't care who do you or Yama is stanning and why, BUT the simple fact here is that both Blackpink (WAS) and NewJeans are payola. They're literally riding the wave of their seniors, and their company spent BILLIONS to promote them.
For the record, NewJeans is only a 2 years old groups, Blackpink didn't have a massive fandom when they were 2 years old. They were only big in Korea in 2018. They became massive around 2020.
Don't mention payola, please, because everyone who did some research or was there knows that all you saw on Youtube in their early years was Blackpink ads. YG paid millions for Spotify, Youtube, and even American Award shows to promote them. YG was so broke after that, they had to sell their golf course. 😅
Like it or not, both HYBE and YG are payola, BIG TIME! I don't even want to mention YG's new babies and their YT ad views, because it's madness! I don't think I've EVER seen a group having more than 100M AD VIEWS!
