Well you can't compare 5050 and this Hybe/MHJ case either so what. If i remember well, the producer was proven in the wrong in 5050 case. Not in this case. Yet at last.
It's just to point out that you can win in case of mistreatment. Actually it's legal to do so Tvxq or not.
Times have changed. And so has the industry. I'm pretty sure NJ girls will get great deals in other agencies if set free. And that even if mhj is in a noncompete.
Why would they want to stay in a compagny that neglects and abuses them?? Makes no sense.
Also I'm fairly sure Bang dont have the power to blacklist someone like MHJ. Because if NJ leaves they are probably gonna reunite with mhj if she if free from HER slave contract.
MHJ is not Tvxq. She has power and connections. If Bang goes to far, im pretty sure she will take him down with her specially if she is not tide to hybe anymore.
Also if free she is very likely to get a rich and powerful investor.
So shhhhh.
But the type of abuse/mistreatment those people filed for had everything to do with their actual management. NJ you are allegeding was treated extremely well but not giving the same attention in the greater business strategy of the company as other ggs, not really a precedent for freeing them from their contract for that alone.

I just want to point out, regarding MHJ mentioning "Sakura" and not "LSFM" which is not the most important thing discussed here but a pretty obvious one imo.
1. If that's the worst thing people can say about the press conference it's definitely a win for MHJ lol.
2. It's not that weird she mentioned Sakura, the whole point of debuting LSFM was to debut her. I'm completely sure before the group debuted everybody in that company was talking about Sakura Sakura and Sakura and not LSFM, they were used to it, it's not weird that in a heat moment spontaneously she worded it like that. She was the one that basically guaranteed success in Japan and even touring there, obviously after the group debuted and became popular, which is what we saw these last 2 years, our point of view is different, but before that the whole issue was to debut her, we could have some doubts before but after seeing how things work backstages and how they even talk with each other it's obvious.
Like I said some days ago in the other thread, people have SERIOUS problems to empathize and put themselves in other positions, it's even a bit worrying, that situation is completely normal.
I'm not saying it's most important or worst thing in the summit but I don't think you can say has nothing to say about the girls then how innocent they are when she quotes herself cursing about Sakura specifically. You can't expect every reader to have such a charitable interpretation.

I'm talking about the second time she mentioned her.

There was no reason to single out Sakura here. Other then to fan flames and bring attention to the story but again, can't blame people for that this tactic worked.

I personally think that the original conference took a whole another dimension and intensity after these 3 days even tho it was probably pretty heavy in the first place because she said this problems started from the start, since 2019.
I think she was literally fighting for her life. and she specified that she never intened to kill herself as well. she was gonna fight them til the end.
Cursing about Sakura in particular getting to debut first gives the impression that you have a problem with Sakura in particular rather then just another gg in general then the one you have been prepping for debut in particular. Can't expect everyone to give her the benefit of the doubt on that.

When they acquired Source Yunjin at 17 was not too old, if anything Minji at 14 was too young by the reckoning of anyone other then ex-SM executive.

Public opinion can change overnight, we know how fickle Korean gp is, my point is if the court absolves her she can always set up a new label with investors. I do not doubt for a minute that she does have investors interested. So all I am saying is the only thing that is stopping her is the legal hurdle and if she emerges victorious from that she can set her own label and get investments. This is a post- verdict scenario that I am talking about. Ofc the establishment of her own label will be delayed due to the legal cases going on for a year or so since she will have a lot of things she will have to fight Hybe for, from her termination to her taking NJNS along and their IP, to her non-compete clause and most importantly the case filed by Hybe on her. It will be an arduous process.
Now that they filed criminal charges against MHJ for breach of trust any dreams of using her position of CEO to get the New Jeans members out of their contracts prematurely should be extinquished. She'd only be making Hybe's case for them.

BHS suddenly decided that NewJeans wouldn't work and brought Sakura and Chaewon (2 members of Izone) to Source to make Le Sserafim.
The overall training period for that was around 6 months, for a debut in may 2022.
Ive debuted in December 2021, 6 months before Le Sserafim, with 2 members of Izone on the roster.

Yunjin needed to be brought back from the states and Eunchae and Kazuha are brandnew.

Also do yall actually have a problem with mhj bringing up new jeans or do you have problem with them being brought with their support of mhj.
It hybe came out and said that new jeans were extremely hurt by mhj betrayl or that they were crying about what she tried to do would yall actually care at all.
Or do yall care because they support mhj while yall create theories on how evil and unhinged she is to the point where the only way someone could supprt her is by being manipulated.
I rather dislike them being brought up altogether. Minji and Hanni appeared in BTS' Permission MV. They may have less of an image of BTS' dongseang group then TXT, but they still have it and benefitted from it. You don't want to create the perception that they are the ones feuding with Hybe and 'had no intention of allowing anyone to promote themselves using phrases like ‘NewJeans’ dongsaeng group'. They have to perform at festivals and awards show in front of crowds that are 90% Armies again one day. That's how you get black oceans.

Minji was already there when Bang bought Source Music. The other 3 found in BigHit Auditions MHJ held. They still did their subsequent training with Source trainee group as Ador didn't exist yet. Hyein is the newest and may have only ever been in Ador.

Using her position as Ador's CEO to terminate their contracts then quit herself and hire them for her own label would so clearly abuse of the resources Hybe placed at her disposal it would never happen that smoothly, they'd in court for years.
