on YouTube. One of the best live performances by a Kpop group along side BP...unbelievable vocals and energy!

R&B vibe from NJ is definitely something older audiences like me are interested in
-
As long as I like their music, I will keep following them

HB, but Attention is growing on me fast. I think in the long ru, Attention will get more attention from me. Hurt is ok.

First timers aren't enough. There are artists that are active over 30 years. Their audience is of various ages, lots of them hadn't even been born when they started.
Bts concert aren't sold out due to first timers, older audience comes back because they had a great time on their previous concerts.
Keeping older audience and earning new is how artist stays relevant and have longevity.
I’m not expecting most groups to survive 30 yrs, but if they are, the music itself is the key important factor for long term. I still believe groups like Aespa can manage without too many concerts as long as they can sell albums.

Starship also always reunite all their artists for Christmas specials
Starship also always reunite all their artists for Christmas specials
I am vaguely aware of that. I was hoping to see something similar to this. Team building events with games, etc.

YG did something similar with some members of different groups
Ok. I didn’t know. I thought maybe dance collabs…wasn’t aware of an event similar to this.

Quick question, is Zico under Hybe?
Or are they just distributing his music?

But that's the point. Concerts are where the real money is and companies don't want you to attend one show, they want you back. And if a show was dull I'm not coming back
They still will have many first timers and growing because of new fans growing everyday, so yes they want repeats of course , but it’s not necessary these days with kpop explosion. They will still sell out every time.

This is how you prove to have only few vocal skills knowledge
Beyoncé is far better vocalist than Adele
At the end of the day, it really comes down to what pleases your ears , that will be the better vocalist to you regardless who is technically better. I prefer Rose’s and Seulgi’s voice over Wendy , but Wendy is technically better.

It's a case of once bitten, twice shy though.
Concerts are not cheap these days and only getting more expensive (not to mention the stress in even trying to get tickets AND the covid risk at concerts).
I'd go to a concert by my faves, BUT if it sucked, they lacked oomph, the show was boring etc, even if they were my faves, I wouldn't go again in the future, and tbh, my view of them would be tarnished a bit. Why throw good money at bad?
Yes I wouldn’t go the 2nd time if it wasn’t that good , but for many, they just like seeing their favs in person. I’m like you in that there will be no repeat if the performance was bad…but would go for 1st time to experience it.

She always looks good…even with less makeup like that Japanese promo recently with an actress and comedienne. I don’t like the hot pants under a dress though….looks stupid

Absolutely!

stage presence makes me give someone YT views, but doesnt make me buy albums or songs
atleast thats just my input cant generalize for others
In a similar fashion, just because I don’t like a song doesn’t mean I wouldn’t like to watch the performance of a song…something only kpop can do…example Mic Drop

BP always had stage presence from start till now
