I reflect on myself, I reflect on how I am feeling, why I am feeling this way, and how I can help myself.

I used to think that there needed to be something so big and special to help me get out of these dark moments, but I now just try to take everything at a pace where I am comfortable and understanding.

So, I try to find joy or comfort in small things.

But if that doesn't work, I just release whatever I am feeling. And that itself is helpful because it clears my mind, even just the littlest can be like a rock being removed off you that was stuck there weighing u down.
