Both are important in different ways
Fandoms are much easier to get since you only need to please your fans rather than majority of music listeners but of course the main issue is only your fans will remember, everyone else might not give a shit at all.
Public is much much harder to get and maintain but can be have greater influnce since you'll be remembered by a lot of people, including non fans.
Imo I think public has a greater legacy due to sheer number of possible people reminiscing about a group but like I said it's really hard to attain so in majority of cases fan base is better to aim for
SNSD is an example of both. Fans are still with the groups/members despite nothing for years now, as a kpop group in the kpop industry (which is semi part way in between the 2,more than your fanbase but less than public) which has meant they have a very lasting legacy with song covers, groups using SNSD formal or idols becoming idols because of SNSD, and of course their massive public appeal where they still regularly appear on TV, endorse stuff and are generally still talked about as THAT group.

I think maybe because the public doesn't really understand what NCT is due to their units and whatnot. Even kpop fans that aren't into NCT don't know what's up with them. If a version of them releases a song you have to specify which NCT it was which isn't the most accessible thing.
Compared to rest of SM groups it's very easy to say for example have you heard SNSD or shinee newest song and everyone can immediately know who and what exactly your referring to.

I thought everyone can have 1 vaccine only? I guess I'm wrong.
Almost all vaccines require 2 shots of the 1 vaccine (Pfizer, astrazeneca, moderna etc) to be at their most effective. I think Johnson and Johnson only needs 1 shot but that is much less effective than all the others so will likely be saved for healthy and young people who are much less at risk of covid symptoms. Normally they're supposed to spaced 1 month apart but due to shortages the time between is greater, for me it's almost 3 months in between shots.

My friend bought one for like 900 from eBay. The only PS5 game he's bought is miles Morales which is also available on PS4 (and is pretty short tbh). Other than he's just been replaying PS4 games on it, most of which he originally bought on PS4 anyway because there are no other must have exclusives on it. He basically has a really really expensive PS4 now lol.
I'd say wait, it's not really worth ATM unless you missed out on last gen.

I always wanted to try my hands at Gunpla back in the day but it always seemed too complicated LOL.
It's quite fun and a lot of people are intimated by the complexity. But if you choose easier kits with less parts, and of course a design of a gundam you like, then it's very manageable. They can take maybe a few hours at most.
Then you can try harder kits which are much more rewarding to build but the problem then becomes cost. Some high grade kits (master grade and perfect grade) can start at £100 and if you really want to get the best out of it is recommended to buy special paints for extra customisation which can also be expensive.
That's the main reason I kind gave up, it got too expensive especially for a broke uni student. Well that and I ran out of space to put them lol.
Overall though if you like collecting things AND building them from scratch is a fun little hobby to try out

Yeah they're weird as hell.
But honestly I think most people are into stuff that might be weird or to geeky four most people so it shouldn't really matter what others think. I mean kpop is still in the same category where of you you say kpop you'll get the usual "but how can you understand them" and all that.
I personally used to buy and build gundam kits, built up a decent collection and one of the first of my friends to see it said wtf why do collect toy robots, aren't you a bit old for that. Now he collects funko pops and ironically got a bit annoyed when I used the same it's a kid toy line...

These people's behaviours are abnormal that they don't care if their doing wrong so while I think it will help alleviate some what the hardcore stalkers will still prowl their faves.
I wonder if this law applies to this like dispatch too..

Of course kpop fans make it about their faves when the issue is much much bigger than just 1 person
