You can use Animated GIF editor and GIF maker (ezgif.com) to resize and compress your gifs. You have to make it less then 300 KB (I actually had to make it to 290 KB, otherwise it said it was too big). The best way is to resize to 128x128 and then compress it and if necessary cut some frames.
